    Advantages of eating fish

    Fish is a good source of calcium and phosphorus, as well as minerals like iron, zinc, iodine, magnesium, and potassium. As part of a balanced diet, the American Heart Association recommends eating fish at least twice a week. Fish is high in protein, vitamins, and nutrients, all of which can assist to lower blood pressure and lower the risk of a heart attack or stroke. Reduce the risk of sudden death, heart attack, abnormal heart rhythms, and strokes by lowering blood pressure and reducing the risk of sudden death, heart attack, irregular heart rhythms, and strokes. During pregnancy, promote optimal brain function and the development of the infant's vision and nerves. In Washington State, fish is a cultural icon that signifies a recreational and spiritual way of life in the Pacific Northwest.
