Brief depiction of ozone consumption

Ozone layer exhaustion is the diminishing of the ozone layer present in the upper air. This happens when the chlorine and bromine particles in the climate interact with ozone and annihilate the ozone atoms. One chlorine can annihilate 100,000 particles of ozone. It is annihilated more rapidly than it is made. A few mixtures discharge chlorine and bromine on openness to high bright light, which then, at that point adds to the ozone layer consumption. Such mixtures are known as Ozone Draining Substances (ODS).The ozone-exhausting substances that contain chlorine incorporate chlorofluorocarbon, carbon tetrachloride, hydrochlorofluorocarbons, and methyl chloroform.
