Aims and scope

International Journal of Microbiology Research and Reviews is peer-reviewed, open access journal that publishes research articles, short communications and critical review papers, exclusively in English, in all areas of microbiology, immunology, virology, mycology, parasitology and bacteriology.

The journal considers articles on analytical and functional studies of prokaryotic and eukaryotic microorganisms, viruses and small parasites, as well as host and therapeutic responses to them and their interaction with the environment.

The journal also accepts articles of interest to the broad categories of microbiology professionals in general but they should be understandable to non-specialists as well.
